'Ask Zac. I Don't Call Plays For Us' - Ja’Marr Chase Sounds Like He's Sick Of Zac Taylor, Blaming Him For The Bengals Being Awful

We can all stop talking about or pretending the Bengals are a good team now, right? They are 4-7, they have a dogshit defense, a terrible offensive line and somehow an even worse front office and coaching staff. They basically have Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and some other weapons. That's what bails them out for 4 wins. But if we can now all agree that the Bengals are a loser team, we can all think what Ja'Marr Chase said here is correct. 

Zac Taylor stinks. Evan McPherson stinks. Everything about the play calling to the blocking stinks. I don't blame Chase for this at all. He's actually been pretty damn good (and that's underselling it). Burrow has been even better. But it all doesn't matter. It's where football gets weird in terms of talking win/loss to players. But, Chase is right. Ask Zac Taylor why the Bengals keep losing games. Frankly, I'd go ask the Brown family considering they are the leaders of a franchise which is known for always losing games. Nothing new here. 

Then again it's pretty simple. There's no scouting, weak drafts and moves and then praying Burrow bails you out. That's how the Bengals live and it bit them in the ass this year. No doubt that Zac Taylor has been bad, he's going to likely get fired. At least that's what most assume since it feels like the Bengals chance to make a Super Bowl again has shut. Can't wait to see how contract negotiations go!
